Silent Stack is Matt Nelson. I've worked inside the machine at OMD and Flywheel — part of Omnicom, a global media, marketing and communications group spanning over 100 countries — and as a Franchisor and Director within Flip Out, the UK's largest trampoline park franchise, with 85 parks across 10 countries. That's where I saw first-hand how the right systems free a team to do its best work.
I've also built and run my own businesses, from e-commerce to property, across very different industries. That range is the point: I've learned where time and money actually leak, whatever the sector.
I started Silent Stack because most businesses are surrounded by AI hype and starved of honest advice. The promise is simple: I'll look hard at how you work, tell you where AI genuinely pays off, and skip everything that doesn't.
